Hands Heal™ Electronic Health Records has helped massage therapists discover a simple yet more effective way to maintain client health records. Set-up is simple and charting is easy. Select a plan for your private practice, clinic or school and follow a few simple prompts to enhance your business and client care today. To upgrade to a full subscription, sign in and go to your payment page from your Dashboard anytime after your 21-day trial ends.
Once you select your plan and personalize your homepage, you are ready to go! From here, you have two options to set up client health records:
- Create each client's account for them or
- Invite them to create their own account. All they need is the link to your homepage.
Once the client's account is set up, create a new note for each massage session. It's simple:
- Clients complete the pre-session measurement scale
- You complete the wellness or treatment note (both options available for one low price!)
- Clients complete the post-session measurement scale

Automatic updates keep Hands Heal™ EHR current and optimized for the latest upgrades. Vital information is backup and stored safely for access across devices and platforms. You and your client can access and update their health records quickly and easily from a phone, tablet or computer.
